FAQs
A travel advisor isn't a luxury — it's a smart investment. My clients don't just get upgraded rooms and VIP treatment; they get peace of mind, personalized design, and a seamless journey that reflects their lifestyle and taste. It’s the difference between booking a trip and curating an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
You can Google a destination — but you can’t Google genuine cultural connection. As a culture-focused travel consultant, I go beyond logistics to craft experiences that help you feel a place — through its people, flavors, and traditions. That’s something algorithms can’t do.
Do i really NEED A TRAVEL ADVISOR?
how much does it cost to work with you?
Yes! I book domestic and international flights for first class, business, and standard economy. My agency does charge a per ticket issuing fee which provides access to our 24/7 Coastline Air Desk, which in the event of delays or cancellations, we help you get rerouted without having to rely on the airline.
I can handle as much or as little as you like—from a single private or shared tour to a fully immersive, multi-destination journey.
Most clients prefer a complete, curated experience that covers flights, accommodations, dining reservations, transfers, activities, and insider experiences.
We start with an initial 30-minute call where I get to know your travel goals, style, and budget. From there, I design a fully customized itinerary and once approved, I handle all bookings and provide ongoing support before and during your trip. Every detail is managed so you can relax and enjoy the experience!
My agency partners with trusted travel insurance providers to offer personalized quotes for your trip. I’ll help you choose a policy that fits your travel plans, comfort level, and season of life—an essential way to protect your investment and travel with peace of mind.
If your plans change, I’ll work directly with my travel partners to adjust your arrangements wherever possible. Cancellation policies vary by supplier, but I’ll guide you through your options and advocate on your behalf every step of the way.
I don’t book hotels or flights using points or miles directly. However, as part of my fully customized trip management service, I can advise you on ideal flight layovers and routes and hotel locations to help you maximize your travel experience.
Absolutely! This is the very reason why I became a travel advisor.
With an academic and professional background in intercultural training and teaching cultural competence, I approach every itinerary as an opportunity for authentic connection and learning—not just a service or product.
My on-the-ground partners are members of the host culture who are passionate about sharing their home, stories, and traditions with you, ensuring your experience is meaningful, responsible, and deeply enriching.
As a travel advisor with Coastline Travel Group and a member of Virtuoso, I work exclusively with vetted, reputable partners who share my commitment to exceptional service and cultural authenticity.
Each guide and supplier is carefully selected for their local expertise, professionalism, and ability to create meaningful, immersive experiences for my clients—and many are considered the best in the travel industry.
Yes! I travel frequently to stay connected with trusted local partners and familiarize myself with some of the most sought after destinations and properties in the world.
Additionally, my firsthand experience traveling across Europe, Africa, Australia, and Southeast Asia also allows me to recommend and prepare clients for destinations and experiences that align with their travel visions and goals.
I also stay up to date through regular trainings and meetings with global travel partners to ensure my clients receive the most current insights, perks, and opportunities.
